WHAT WE OFFER:
Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance
Advises customer on necessary and suggested services
Recommends and offers additional services and repairs to customer
Computes service order costs and provides estimate costs for additional repairs
Follows up with customer regarding questions or concerns
Maintains customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
REQUIREMENTS:
Service Advisor experience in automotive environment
Strong communication skills
Performs well under pressure
Proficient with computer, organizational and time management abilities
Valid driver's license required
