Marine Connection, South Florida's top Dealer for New Boats and Used boats, is looking for a qualified Store Manager to join our award-winning team in Fort Lauderdale.

Marine Connection is an authorized Yamaha KEY DEALER & service center selling COBIA & SPORTSMAN & BLACKFIN & PATHFINDER & HURRICANE BOATS.

W are looking for a Store Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all service requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

·Managing all personnel in the Service department with a special focus on Service Advisor(s), Other members of the service team include Service Technicians, Delivery Captain, Parts and Inventory, Boat Washer/Detailers and Yard Crew.

· Accountable for maximizing profits through service objectives and goals, while maintaining high service standards, and developing a productive relationship between the customer and Marine Connection.

· Provide communication liaison between Service Department and the customer, cultivating a lasting service relationship.

· Develop relationships with customers through successful management and communication of service or product delivery.

· Generate work orders by effectively listening to customer’s description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, properly documenting stated performance problems, and generating detailed work orders.

· Provide customer's status updates through continual communication throughout the service process (diagnosis, add-ons, completion, invoicing).

· Manage collection and submission of data pertaining to warranty repair of boats and trailers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,397.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• CDK Lightspeed DMS: 2 years (Required)
