Bilingual Contact Center Representative

Marine Credit Union is currently seeking a full-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Contact Center Representative to join our small, dedicated Call Center team at our Corporate Office in La Crosse, WI.  This position offers a competitive wage with a low cost comprehensive benefits package.  You’re more than just a number at Marine Credit Union. JOB DUTIES:

As a Bilingual Contact Center Representative you provide exceptional customer service in a professional, pleasant and efficient manner.  You will supply direct support to our members via telephone or other forms of correspondence.  Additional responsibilities include:

• Research and solve member questions, issues and complaints concerning credit union accounts
• Provide routine account maintenance and process account requests per member requests
• Cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate
• Ensure that all credit union member and employee related business is kept in the strictest confidence 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates must have the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment.  Previous customer service or call center experience is desired.  In this role, it is important to be professional and empathetic to both members and employees. Additional qualifications include:

• Experience working in a financial institution is preferred
• Prior experience in sales a plus
• Must be an effective communicator and able to deal with and resolve conflict
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus
