Full Time Bachelor Level Case Manager responsible for visiting clients at their home, developing a systematic written case plan, establishing links between the consumer and service providers, completes appropriate and timely documentation, and provide money management services for specified clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required; no experience required; type 40 wpm; word processing are required. You must also have a current/valid driver's license, be a minimum age of 21, have an insurable driving record, and be willing to drive on behalf of the center. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM, Flexible at times, some after hours expected. Starting Salary: Salary will be discussed at interview Locations: Lamar Outpatient: 1626 County Road 9, Vernon, AL 35592 Marion Outpatient: 427 Smokey Bear Road, Hamilton, AL 35570
