Our Small Accounting firm is looking for an organized part-time Bookkeeper to handle the day-to-day accounting tasks to assist with complete bookkeeping transactions for various clients.
Responsibilities:
· Record transactions into Quickbooks Desktop
· Reconcile client bank and/or credit card statements
· Prepare excel spreadsheets for various accounts.
· Access clients software to obtain information
Required Skills:
· Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Bookkeeper
· Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop a must
· Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word
· Strong Attention to detail
· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Customer service skills and professional phone manner
· This is an in-person office position, no remote work available.
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles
· Part- Time position. Approximately 16-20 hours per work. Initially may work additional hours. This is in an office position in Ormond Beach.
