Handyman needed for a Bronx cooperative building. Union position with union benefits after 3 months. Must have 5 years experience as a handyman.
Must be proficient in sheetrock/plaster repair, plumbing repairs, light electrical, painting and boiler experience.
Starting hourly rate based on experience.
