We are looking for an Records Management System (RMS) Solutions Associate to join our team. You will be someone who likes to organize with technology and lean into new tech. You enjoy finding solutions to challenging problems, and are an evangelist for software as a service, and a solution. If all applications gave referral bonuses, you'd never pay a subscription fee.
As an RMS Solutions Associate, you will be engaged in pre-sale activities, making sure the technology and products are right for clients. You are in a client-facing role that gets to collaborate with nearly every team at Mark43. From working with account representatives on discovery calls and demos, to collaborating with product on upcoming features and partner integrations you will become a subject matter expert on Mark43's RMS. You will own the RMS demo script, manage and configure your own RMS tenant, attend conferences, and RFP shortlists.
What You'll Do
If you were part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week:
- Work as a translator, speaking both Police Officer and Nerd
- Lead RMS demonstrations at conferences, shortlists, web-based demonstrations, and everything in between
- Discuss the benefits of a truly cloud-based platform with leaders in the industry
- Synthesize product release notes and be able to articulate the benefits of each new feature and it's value to the demonstration
- Support discovery calls that lead to informed, quality demonstrations
- Incorporate new RMS features into your demo script
- Configure the RMS to resonate with your customer environment
- Convey Mark43's value proposition throughout the sales process
What You'll Need
We're looking for a solutions associate with 4 years of professional experience. Ideally with a background in law enforcement, prior industry experience, or consulting. The solutions associate needs to have excellent communication skills, and be able to interface with personnel at all levels of the department. You'll need to understand how Mark43 can solve the pain points of IT departments, as well as a variety of end users. At Mark43, the solutions team are the "Swiss Army Knife" tool of our company's consultative approach to sales.
