We are a small manufacturing business with a 37-year history seeking a new person to join our team! We will depend on this person to be primarily responsible for office administrative tasks. Being a small company, our company culture is that we do other tasks as needed. This job will also include manufacturing, packing, and shipping electronics products.
- Professionally answering and directing phone calls
- Direct incoming / outgoing mail
- Order entry
- Packing and shipping
- Invoicing
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform tasks to support manufacturing
- Customer service
- Generating daily reports
- Internal and external customer support
Monday to Friday, 7:30-4:00
