THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support management of human resource data and reporting; this includes ensuring HR data remain updated and accurate, providing HR information for internal and external stakeholders, partnering with company leaders to ensure HR compliance and completing local and state audits
- Provide functional, operational support for staff at all levels.
- Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
- Develop and execute hiring plan including interviewing/screening candidates, and managing new hire onboarding.
- Manage wage and salary structure, employee benefit program, and performance appraisal.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Human Resources Polices and Applicable State and Federal Laws
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommend corrective action
- Continue to work on active reqs where necessary
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Expert leadership and communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in human resources
- 3+ years of recruiting management experience
- Exposure to working in managing multiple offices
- Bachelor’s degree required and PHR preferred
- Knowledge of local and federal employment laws
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
