Job Posting for CRM Specialist at Marketing Associates, LLC
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for the management and execution of the marketing communications campaign process. This role will drive the optimization of marketing campaigns to meet marketing plan objectives and strategic goals relative to outbound customer communications, marketing spend effectiveness and marketing ROI. This position is responsible for the campaign administrative function that supports the deployment of cross-channel marketing campaigns and related customer experiences. This individual executes the end-to-end process of campaign deployment and is responsible for establishing campaign design workflows in line with marketing strategy, receipt of creative assets including testing for functional and rendering quality, list development, managing the approval and workflow process and scheduling the deployment in the cloud-based marketing campaign application (Adobe Campaign).
Interface directly with Client and Account teams, address and manage customer requests and communicate status
Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control
Plan, coordinate and manage campaign tasks with the database team and communicate status
Capable of completing Adobe campaign activities individually
Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues and report status to the Account team
