Multimedia Designer

We've created a NEW position for an experienced (3 years) individual who is an intuitive and creative designer in multiple mediums, especially video!  This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is ready to be part of a high-performing digital marketing agency in design initiatives.

This position is responsible for leading the agency in video strategy and production.  In addition, the ability to work with photography, branding initiatives, and digital channels and print are preferred.  

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Process

• Ability to positively lead and facilitate co-collaborate initiatives with team members and clients as appropriate to develop new or enhance existing brand strategies, and design concepts for, video (storyboarding), print, social, email, and other digital mediums content
• Fluent in the application of agency tool stacks required to fulfill responsibilities (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Rush, Premiere Pro, and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial.

• Develop and facilitate brand design initiatives

• • Research, facilitate brand-design strategies, inclusive of brand identity elements (logo, font, colors, etc) and brand messaging 
  • Engage client in brand development facilitation
  • Monitor and adapt to design trends.
  • Evolve design skill-sets of team members
  • Consistently enhancing the brand and design product offerings

• Develop and facilitate video strategies, development, and optimization, inclusive of coaching

• Editing and reviewing design work throughout the agency for quality standards
• Conduct and monitor industry research & trend watching for implementation within design, content, social, email and other applicable channel strategy, processes and compliance guidelines and regulations
• Create and follow standard operating procedures for design and branding applications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or applicable experience; Graphic Design / Marketing 3 years of experience required
