This role will be a liaison to our partner company conducting consultations, discussing a marketing strategy, and onboarding clients. The Concierge act as our partner’s Marketing Manager, consulting clients on their marketing and executing strategies that produce the leads needed to achieve their sales goals. Marketing Concierges will also be the client’s introduction to our Partner’s company welcoming them to the onboarding process and being a subject matter expert in the platform for the clients. Additionally, this role resolves customer questions and offers marketing and lead generation strategies to drive their companies’ revenue.
This position is a mid-level role within the organization reporting directly to the Director of Sales. This role consults and manages the marketing strategy for small to large IT/ERP Consulting firms and is responsible for ensuring client success through superb customer services, marketing, and upselling.
\n- Consulting, designing, and managing marketing & demand generation solutions
- Present company products and services to existing clients.
- Creating annual marketing plans.
- Responsible for monthly marketing updates and reporting.
- Ensure client satisfaction with regard to areas of opportunities or client needs.
- Act as the go-to person for client queries, ensuring these are resolved in a timely manner.
- Updating CRM with detailed notes about client conversations.
- Preparing presentations for clients regarding applicable cross-sell opportunities.
- Onboarding meetings with new clients.
- Contact current or potential clients to promote products or services.
- At least 2 years of experience; BBM (Bachelor of Business in Marketing) or relevant field is preferred
- 2-5 Years’ experience in a client-facing account management role as well as previous experience in marketing
- Experience with Marketing IT Products and Services is Highly Desired
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or other related fields required
- Experience closing long-term, high-dollar contracts
- Hybrid: Remote 2-3 days a week
