The National Accounts Representative is responsible for the daily execution and oversight for large customer accounts and national brands. This role will report to the National Accounts Manager.
Duties include:
- Leading communication with National Accounts
- Facilitating information requests
- Reviewing and remedying customer complaints
- Coordinate with Marmic branches and National Accounts
- Receive work orders, dispatches and follow up with Branches and National Account holder
- Research any payment discrepancies and communicate with National Account holder and Branch to get a resolution promptly
- And Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have strong work ethics
- Must be well organized and a self-starter
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees and customers verbally and in writing
- Ability to develop strong working relationship with customers and Branch Managers
- Ability to speak and write English. Fluent in Spanish preferred.
- Ability work in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to interact professionally in high stress situations
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Driven by results
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, undergrad in business management, accounting or similar field preferred
- Pass pre-employment background and substance abuse screening upon hire and throughout employment
