Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Health Center is responsible for providing quality nursing care on the assigned shift and for assuring the completion of all care related tasks and documentation. The RN supervises unit personnel as assigned and coordinates the completion of care duties. The RN oversees the responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses, Qualified Medication Aides, and Certified Nursing Aides assigned to the Health Center.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with passed board exam as designated by the State Board of Health.
• Currently licensed with the Indiana State Board of Nurses Registration and Education as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Thorough knowledge of clinical nursing and SNF Regulations, as well as practical knowledge of nursing skills and standards.
