Summary / Objective
This position is responsible for duties related to timekeeping and billing for DOW. Interreacts with both internal and external customers. Provides reports to customers as required.
Essential Functions
- Abide and follow Marquis safety rules and regulations
- Verify attendance, hours worked and enter data into the central timekeeping system (Diamond Tracker).
- Enter Scaffold information into Job Tracker
- Track
- Submits invoices to customers once approval have been obtained
- Create daily job costing reports for customers during turnaround or as requested by customer
- Maintain strict daily deadlines
- Any other duties as assigned by management

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full- time position. Days and hours of work are Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm. This schedule is subject to change during TA and large Capital Projects.
Travel
Required to travel within DOW facilities and to corporate office
Required Education and Experience
- Graduation from High School or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting, bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant Microsoft office software – primarily Excel , Access, Word, and Outlook
- Accounts Receivable / Job costing knowledge
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Exposure to TRACK
Preferred Education and Experience
- Extensive detailed excel spreadsheets applicaiton knowledge
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability
- Computer Ease Knowledge a plus
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Two years of increasingly responsible related experience or any equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Preferred individual would be Bilingual.
- Experience working in the scaffolding, insulation and painting services.
