Description:This program is designed to maximize the trainee’s experience in the hospitality industry, while putting him/her on a track to a management career within Pyramid Hotel Group.
Our Manager in Training program is a 12-month opportunity. As an MIT, you will gain hands-on experience and in-depth exposure to hotel operations by working extensively in each department including Food and Beverage, Sales and Catering, Accounting, Housekeeping, Front Desk and Human Resources. This experience will assist in a comprehensive understanding of how hotels operate while developing supervisory and management skills.
WHO CAN APPLY:
- Recent grads - Bachelor's Degree: Hospitality/Tourism or Business – preferred
- Experience in hospitality or related professional areas
