The world's leading hospitality company is seeking a Director, Global Talent Acquisition to join a world- class inhouse executive search team, responsible for bringing exciting and innovative talent from cutting edge and customer facing companies. The Director, Global Executive Talent Acquisition (Exec TA) will provide high quality talent and consulting services focused on executive positions based at our Corporate Headquarters or in the Americas. Specifically, this may include Vice Presidents, General Managers, Hotel Managers, and other positions at the highest levels of the organization. The Director partners with the Senior Director Executive TA, other Executive, Human Resources, Senior Regional Leaders, and business clients to understand talent requirements and create appropriate sourcing/search strategies in response to these needs. The incumbent will also provide subject matter expertise to corporate functional or regional business units concerning the development of job specifications that will meet the business unit's needs, as appropriate. A key responsibility will be to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships with assigned corporate functional disciplines or regional business units, as appropriate. In addition, the Director will develop relationships with minority/women organizations or other sources that result in greater access and richer sources for diverse candidate slates.

Business Context: Expected Contributions - Essential Job Functions
- Collaborates closely with the Senior Director, Global Executive Talent Acquisition to provide thought leadership for executive recruiting philosophies, processes, tools, and tactics.
- Develops critical relationships and partnerships with corporate, market and regional leadership as well as corporate HR COEs.
- Provides consultative leadership to and drives continuous process improvement for the Americas, including Caribbean and Latin America, Canada and across Brands, as needed, in all aspects of executive searches.
- Assists in the development or enhancement of Executive Talent Acquisition processes, as needed, to drive operational efficiencies and best practices.
- Partners with HR leaders and hiring managers across businesses and brands to deliver exceptional executive search services in support of the overall objective to recruit top talent for executive-level positions at Marriott.
- Specific executive search responsibilities include:
- Conducting intake session with hiring manager and consults HR leader, as needed, to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on target profile and recruiting process.
- Managing the full lifecycle search process including intake, sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants.
- Developing offer recommendations per the company's policy regarding pay equity and as needed, partners with Compensation to finalize the recommendation.
- Reviewing recommendation with HR Leader to confirm alignment prior to review with hiring manager.
- Extending offer, managing negotiations, finalizing the offer letter for approval by HR Leader.
- Initiating pre-hire checks, monitoring successful completion, and facilitating the onboarding steps, as appropriate.
- Maintaining full accountability for timely completion of req audits, offer letter audits and other mechanisms in place to drive compliance, accuracy, and optimal team performance.
- Actively monitoring performance on recruiting metrics against individual goals while maintaining awareness of the company's goals in diversity hiring.
- Consults with Senior Director, Executive TA regarding policies and procedures related to executive search, GM talent search, assessments, etc.
- Coordinates with other team members, as needed, on search -related projects and initiatives, e.g., pipeline project, and workforce management system.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably inclusive of at least 5 years executive search experience.
- Minimum 5 years recruiting experience for senior level positions required; experience with an executive search firm strongly preferred.
- Experience fully-cycle sourcing, recruiting, creating and negotiating compensation offers for executive level positions required.
- Experience in a managerial role as an HR specialist (recruiting, development, organizational effectiveness, etc.) advantageous.

Education/Certification
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $118,635.00?to?$239,250.00?annually.
Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is?$107,850.00?to?$217,498.00?annually.
New York City & Westchester Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is?$130,500.00?to?$239,250.00?annually.
Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is?$118,635.00?to?$217,498.00?annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
