What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Associate position at Marriott?
Overall Responsibilities: Strong Attendance and reports to shifts in a timely manner. Multitasking skills and work well under pressure/rushes. Attend to guests' needs, including but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering Promptly respond to and solve guest complaints. Be friendly, accurate, thorough, and efficient in taking reservations, performing Check-ins, and Check-outs.
