What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Associate position at Marriott?

Overall Responsibilities: Strong Attendance and reports to shifts in a timely manner. Multitasking skills and work well under pressure/rushes. Attend to guests' needs, including but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering Promptly respond to and solve guest complaints. Be friendly, accurate, thorough, and efficient in taking reservations, performing Check-ins, and Check-outs. Please note that this job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all functions that a Front Desk Associate may be asked to perform. Requirements: Professional and ethical Excellent customer service skills Quick learner and hard worker Team players and ability to get along with others Fosse/Marsha/Marriott Brand experience strongly preferred
