What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Manager position at MARS Solutions Group?
The Brand Manager will evaluate marketing opportunities, provide branding recommendations, and develop and implement new brand strategies. Responsible for the brand communications plans, including strategy development, planning, budgeting, execution and spend management. Develops and maintains a working level knowledge of products, industries, and markets. Collaborates with Product Management on overall strategic plans. Ensures that product line plans align with overall corporate brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in driving results-oriented marketing communications efforts that include sales tool development, collateral development, digital marketing efforts, social media content and other innovative promotional plans to strongly support new product launches, maximize commercial success and support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing communications team to execute public relations activities, content development, event marketing and digital marketing efforts, as needed.
- Collaborates with outside vendors to plan and execute projects, as needed (video, photography, etc.).
- Develops metrics and track performance for key initiatives.
- Recommends implementation of design functions to keep the websites attractive, creative, and ranked high on search engines.
- Enforces brand guidelines across channels.
- Proactively collaborate with Sales/PLM to understand trends happening in the industry and anticipate marketing needs
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: B.B.A, B.A., Communications/Journalism
Experience and/or Training: 7-9 Years
Technology/Equipment: Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, Google, Adobe Creative Suite, SFDC a plus.

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
