Job Description:
Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: RLB (Lebanon, TN)
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform duties that range from painting to changing filters in HVAC equipment. May also be utilized to clean condensers and other various parts of HVAC equipment. Will manage outside contractors that are on-site performing maintenance repairs or repairing facility support equipment.

High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.)
- Frequent pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.)
- Ability to work at heights off a ladder, scissor lift, boom lift or scaffolding, climb stairs
- Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Painting assigned areas.
- Oversee outside contractors onsite to perform maintenance or repair.
- Record gas and electrical meter readings.
- Changing filters and lights.
- Record maintenance activities in CMMS
- Any ad hoc tasks, PMOS’s
