Job Description:
P&O Knowledge and Digital Products Lead is the thought leader and key architect of a user-centered, solution-oriented strategy for all P&O Knowledge and Associate facing Digital Products.
The Associate in this role will be responsible for developing and managing the strategy to create, govern, update P&O knowledge and content on the portal and across P&O Digital Products, supported by the end-user communications being sent via MyP&O.
The role will drive efficiency and effectiveness in the operations of the P&O function through ensuring a seamless and efficient employee experience and increased adoption of P&O content.
This role requires a blend of HR expertise, knowledge management and communication practices as well as experience in digital product management, and technological innovation.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably in human resources, communications, information management, library science, business or relevant field.
- Two to five years of relevant work experience including HR Portal and/or intranet implementation or management, particularly employee-facing portal initiatives and communications
- Demonstrated knowledge of web content management (processes, practices and technology), content migration, end user portal management, metadata management and information architecture.
- Experience in owning / managing / improving customer facing digital solutions (e.g. chatbot, digital assistants)
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices
- Independent, pro-active self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Comfortable managing global team and working globally across cultures and time zones to get results through project teams in an international operating environment
- Experience in project management and change management or transformational process and organization behavior changes
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Define and deliver the end-to-end Knowledge Management strategy using design thinking, benchmarks, best practices; drives ownership for all content on MyP&O portal / Knowledge Hub.
- Serve as Product Owner for the P&O knowledge hub.
- Set translation strategy and manage effective relationships with external vendors including translation agencies, monitor vendor quality metrics.
- Collaborate with MGS P&O teams and COEs to understand their communication needs and execute through MyP&O Communication mailbox.
- Own, measure performance, gather feedback and expand / continuously improve existing P&O Digital Products and their content (Chatbot, Digital Assistant, Notifications framework).
- Define, own, and manage MyP&O services delivered through the team in the space of Digital content, knowledge and communication.
- Define, track, report and be accountable for key end-to-end performance indicators that demonstrate the strategic value of our products and content for the Associate Experience
- Lead a globally distributed team of 5-6 Associates as a Great Line Manager and ensure the necessary fixed term resources and contractors are available as needed.
