Lead reactive shift team to resolve daily production issues. Report to Line Manager through escalation protocol on breakdown issues while on shift. Prepare shift summary of daily activities.
What are we looking for?
The Maintenance Lead will make assignments and monitor progress, co-ordinate training, schedule, and develop associates in their area of responsibility. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for prioritizing corrective work activities to ensure the equipment continues to run in a safe, quality manner that is efficient. The Maintenance Lead will partner with production to schedule jobs.
