The Associate Rewards Manager is responsible for creating and updating pay structures for countries in scope and based on Mars pay philosophy, methodology and process. The role is also responsible for ensuring a smooth and in compliance delivery of the annual merit increases and annual bonus payout, in addition to supporting on other global and continuous improvement projects related to new technology design and deployment in order to ensure fit for purpose and users adoption for the markets in scope.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or above in data science file, economics or business administration.
- Experience working in food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in Compensation practices in Russia, France, Ukraine and other Russian speaking markets
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Complete all salary survey data submission to the survey providers every year and participate in other local surveys as needed to ensure Mars stays competitive and have access to the right data.
- Based on the published salary surveys and combined with input from the P&O on the talent challenges, the incumbent will update or create pay structures for all the markets in scope to ensure that Mars stays competitive.
- Provides all the data required every year to run the merit increase cycle for the countries in scope, this includes pay structure information, eligibility rules and exclusion rules, merit budget and merit guidelines (minimum and maximum increase).
- Run data checks on the system to ensure that the system is reflecting the correct data on the Associates, and based on the data provided in point 3 above.
- Troubleshoot any issues that surface by users and escalate as required to ensure continuity.
- Audits bonus payout making sure it is based on approved and governed achievements and that the system is accurately running the eligibility and exclusion rules.
- Participates in identifying opportunities to improve Mars signature processes, and is allocated to different projects through the year to deliver an improved user experience through the available systems and processes.
- Evaluate and price new jobs that are created as a result of restructuring, acquisitions and business Integrations.
