They drive safety, quality, continuous improvement, performance management, training, associate development, transformation and change, team engagement and operating results for their assigned area through leadership of a line or area that exists within a larger Value Stream organization.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous people management experience
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, basic science or business-related discipline
- Food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Manage and motivate a team 17-30 associates to meet KPIs with a quality and safety mindset while driving associate engagement and development.
- Implement changes in methods, equipment, systems and organization, as needed, to assure the objectives of the line/area are met, and give input and recommendations for such changes by using a Continuous Improvement mindset
- Collaborate with the Area Leadership team to improve strategies to help the line/area perform more effectively.
- Coach operators to build their functional and leadership capabilities and to drive accountability.
- Coordinate materials, staffing and resources to support line operation and changeovers.
- Ensure the ongoing production and conversion of material into quality products in safe and defect free products consistent with the principles of Mars.
- Night shift – 2-2–3 rotations (Two days on, Two days off, Three days on)
