Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Urbandale or Overland Park office:

Workface Management – Manager

What can you expect?

Workforce Management develops and maintains the processes and systems MMC uses to optimize productivity for its employees. They are responsible for maintaining staff capacity and organizational hierarchy data in the Workforce management system and provide on-going evaluation and implementation of best practices across the organization. A Workforce Management Specialist is an established, independent
individual contributor, whose work has a direct impact on the team's outcomes.

We will count on you to:

• Establishes effective program that meets the desired metrics and business expectations that align with the overall business strategy.
• Conducts work at the tactical level, approves team initiatives and workflow and resolves escalated issues as required to ensure timely and strategic delivery.
• Develops and directs activities for the team's strategic initiatives to include design of corresponding values and strategic vision and adapts to a changing strategic direction and/or changing resource allocation decisions or developments.
• Consolidates information for senior colleagues to utilize when reporting on progress against plan to key stakeholders at the local and regional levels.
• Supervises team members and helps to trains new staff members
• Direct the development and deployment of appropriate reporting in order to share critical operating data in a timely and effective manner; develop and communicate explanation for variance of workload and/or resource availability

What you need to have: 

• 5 years in workforce management
• Exerperience in forecasting and capacity modeling
• Ability to create, modify and analyze business reporting needs and reports.
• Excel and Access
• Ability to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of operation; 7 am – 5:30, Monday – Friday
• College degree preferred or experience
