We will count on you to:
·Accurately and efficiently develop summary of insurance documentation, renewal letters, and deliver to the Client Advisor.
·Research missing data, downloaded carrier contract codes, utilize the applied system, and internet carrier sites to obtain necessary information for descriptive use in summary of insurance.
·Document all activities in the Applied system in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
·Escalate emerging issues to the Placement Manager as appropriate.
·Develop positive relationships with Client Advisors in the field offices by providing timely, accurate, value-added service
·Follow up on all personal open activities within the applied system to ensure they are completed.
·Continually update personal knowledge on state specific changes for coverages.
·Maintain up-to-date workflow documentation and ensure workflows are adhered to when processing individual paperwork.
·Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and comply with all internal policies and procedures.
What you need to have:
·Minimum High School Diploma /GED
·Working knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.
·Strong technical, analytical, and presentation skills.
·45 WPM Typing skills required
·Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with remote locations and vendors.
·Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment
·Ability to work cohesively in a small unit
