Part time Superintendent – Community located in Linden, NJ- 40 Unit-elevator building. Compensation includes small base salary, housing( 2 bedroom apartment and utilities), health insurance and garage parking. Must have construction, painting, electric and plumbing skills. Additional compensation for apartment turnovers.
