QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field. Four years of data analyzation experience and in-depth knowledge of the Full Life Cycle of Invoicing; including experience working with organizations to refine practices and develop strategies that improve productivity, efficiency and profitability. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. In lieu of a degree, directly related work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze information, conduct research and define effective strategies to provide information to decision makers.
2. Provides internal support with budget, finance, personnel, contracts and grants, procurement, or other assignments in line with the mission of the organization.
3. Develops comprehensive work orders and other monthly reports for Contract, Procurement & Materials (CPM).
4. Responsible for undertaking independent research, developing and implementing analytical studies. Compile and interpret statistical data.
5. Supports departmental management in the preparation and control of the annual budget.
6. Interprets complex, written information and prepares detailed reports.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
