MarTecha is looking for a part-time Business Analyst Associate/ independent contractor - to start immediately!
MarTecha is a marketing automation and CRM data cleanup company - helping major enterprise/ technology clients deliver powerful demand generation campaigns through the power of clean data and accurate reporting. We are looking for a critical thinker to join the team as a Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst Associate will serve as a point of contact between MarTecha teams and our clients to ensure the project is delivered on-time and on-budget. This person will be responsible for planning and overseeing client work to ensure delivery deadlines, help set targets for project milestones, and keeping all stakeholders informed as needed. Furthermore, they will serve as a deputy for the CEO, helping her keep her clients happy with clean databases, and fully functioning marketing automation software.
This position requires someone with strong critical thinking skills - with an innate ability to anticipate roadblocks and provide solutions through an analytical, proactive lens.
If interested, the candidate will have an ability to receive official marketing automation credentials/ certifications (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) and will learn analytical and marketing reporting skills. As a startup, there will be opportunities to roll up your sleeves and support other ad-hoc marketing, brand building, and supporting the CEO refine the MarTecha brand across multiple digital channels.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficienciency in Excel
- Critical thinking skills are a must! We'll tell you what to look for, you interpret it using a critical thinking lens.
- Degree or studying (or strong aptitude to learn): Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics
- Ability to sit with CEO at office located in Galvanize coworking space downtown 3 days/ week (maybe more) - parking will be validated if needed.
- Ideally have their own laptop, but one can be provided if not.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
