JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Perform vehicle diagnosis using various testing methods, including diagnostic code readers for troubleshooting

• Will follow all shop procedures, as well as following a routine maintenance checklist
• Must stay current and up-to-date on all repair techniques and procedures
• Ample experience in performing a wide range of maintenance and repairs, insuring that the work done is correct, accurate and complete
• May require to do a vehicle test drive, to ensure repairs are satisfactorily finished
• Expected to provide all information, including parts and supplies used, for billing
• Must keep the work area orderly and clean, properly handle core parts and fluids
• Will work under the direction of the shop manager and or executive management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or a GED required
• Must have ASE certifications
• Must have a minimum of 3-years of automotive repair experience
• Have the ability to operate diagnostic tools and know how to interpret the data
• Must possess his/her own set of tools
• Have a valid driver's license
• Proficient communication skills in English is a must, Spanish is a plus!

The “Experienced Automobile Technician” is a full time position, will work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Compensation is dependent on the amount of skills and experience the candidate possesses.

The candidate’s performance and growth in their role will be evaluated after the 90-day probation period is completed.

Paid time off benefits begin after a full year of employment.
