This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate a customer service or restaurant order proposal staff and processes.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Professionally interface with customers via email and telephone
- Ensure staff engages the customer with care and urgency to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, due to our 24/7 environment
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
