Warehouse associates receive inbound products, replenish, pick, select and palletize products, shrink wrap and load trailers utilizing powered equipment such as pallet jacks and fork lifts in a multi-temperature foodservice warehouse environment.
***THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT OUR FACILITY IN ATLANTA, GA***
Start Earning Incentive pay at 8 weeks!
Pay scale overview:
- Pay rate starting at $15.50 per hour
- Pay increase every 3 months
- 3 months - $17.90/hr
- 6 month cap at $22.15/hr
- Incentive pay after 90 days ($0.41 cents per minute - production/performance based)
- First year: salary potentional $60,000
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Shifts are 6 am - 4 pm and 6 pm - 4 am (scheduled shift as needed)
- Safely build pallets, cart or cages of product for loading and delivery to our customer.
- Select product safely with a high degree of accuracy.
- Accurately receive inbound products and replenish inventory as needed
- Safely maneuver motorized material handling equipment.
- Perform basic sanitation duties to ensure a clean environment.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Foodservice distribution experience a plus
- 6 months Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred
Warehouse Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Pallet jack/forklift experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working in cold conditions such as a freezer
- Must be available to work BOTH Shifts – We are a 24/7 operation
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays (Must have open availability)
- Must pass post-offer background and drug test
