What will you do?
In this role, you will be working with the Drafting, Mechanical Planning, and Project Engineering teams as well as some time with Manufacturing to gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to increase shipments of material handling equipment.
- Help coordinate day-to-day efforts between Drafting, Mechanical Planning, and the Shop to understand customer requirements and specifications.
- Assist Project Engineers in technical aspects of project work.
- Work with Drafting to generate updated marketing images for increased market share.
- Study the manufacturing and manufacturing support functions and processes as it pertains to Martin’s unique approach.
- Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm, M - F

Key Competencies:
- Actively working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (related Majors also considered)

- Moderate to complex math aptitude; along with strong mechanical aptitude
- Willing to grow in excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn Self-management with drive to succeed and achieve goals
