Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the ensuring that the proper materials and equipment are provided to our field team members across the country to help ensure exceptional services to our clients. This includes managing orders, coordinating stock of materials, equipment and arranging inbound / outbound shipments. The position interacts with Managers, Sales, Services, Planning Coordinators, customers and vendors to complete each step of project fulfillment.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Inventory level management, purchasing & quality control
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Vendor management and cost controls
  • Order fulfillment
  • Primary shipping & receiving clerk
  • Planning & tracking of shipments according to project requirements
  • Digital delivery of forms, certificates and other materials to customers or team members
  • Operations administrative support including but not limited to data entry, answering phones and scheduling
  • Contribute to the continued process improvement of the job.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings
  • Provide back-up and support to the project and scheduling team

Education & Work Experience

· Associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of interfacing with all levels of personnel inside and outside the company, working independently and in a team environment
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self-starter. Must be able to work on multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Ability to diagnose problems and help solve them.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Computer Proficient in Microsoft Suite i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint , Teams and other various file sharing platforms
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Able to lift 70 lbs. and move 150 lb. wheeled crates

Additional skills that are highly valuable include:

  • Logistics coordination experience
  • Planning, scheduling or project management experience
  • Shipping & receiving experience

Job Type

· Full-time, Mon-Fri

· In office with 1 remote flex day per week.
