Attorney-Commercial Bankruptcy and Restructuring
Our client is an elite Am Law 100 law firm.
Their Bankruptcy and restructuring practice represent leading public and private corporations, business entities, commercial and investment banks, investment management firms, funds, and insurance companies in their varied capacities as debtors, bondholders, creditor committee members, borrowers, asset purchasers, and other roles involved in financial restructuring transactions and reorganization cases.
The group is looking for an attorney with three to six years of bankruptcy and reorganization experience.
Must have:
Experience representing and advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, lenders and creditors in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings and financing matters.
motion practice, discovery, trial experience, claims work, preference work, and workouts,
receiverships, guaranty actions and trustee sales; and knowledge in federal and state litigation, including defensive and collection litigation.
