SCOPE

Maintains building and grounds by providing housekeeping, grounds keeping, and office keeping.

Responsibilities

• Duties may include trash pick-up, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, detailed restroom cleaning, office cleaning, floor waxing, window cleaning, prepare and set up of rooms for breakfast, lunches and other duties assigned as required by the business.
• Physical requirement consists of standing, walking, repeated bending, lifting on a regular basis for 8 hours a day.

• Neat in appearance

• Self-motivated
