Highlights of your role
- Create and maintain a safe, quality work environment that delivers the best method and means of transporting Marvin products on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop and manage a budget for the distribution center facility (general maintenance) and its operations to meet performance goals, determine needs, and assess resources.
- Lead a highly productive team tasked with inventory management and material handling ensuring processes meet company standards in terms of safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with extended team to create a positive culture, strong communication and coordination between drivers, fleet maintenance and warehouse operations – ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
You're a good fit if you have
- 5 - 10 years Distribution or Logistics experience.
- 3 years’ experience in leading people. In-house Fleet management and Driver supervision preferred.
- Experience in just in time material flow, MRPII, logistics simulation software, and project management essential.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of ELD (electronic logging device) software and route optimization software, such as Peoplenet and DRtrack, or similar programs.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
- Additional course work directed within the discipline. APICS, or CPIM certification desirable.

Salary : $93,800 - $119,000
