The Mary Bridge ED is looking for RNs who have a passion for and/ or specialize in dealing with adolescent patients who present to the emergency in a behavioral health crisis. This position will directly manage behavioral health patients by collaborating with social workers, physicians and other disciplines deemed appropriate. This role will be expected to help develop plans of care and assist with ADLs, administer appropriate medications to help manage behaviors, help de-escalate patients in crisis and participate in huddles to help with discharge dispositions for these patients.

Minimum Requirements:
Hospital-based nursing experience is required. New graduates or RNs without hospital experience should apply for an upcoming RN residency.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire
Current WA state RN license prior to start date.
Current Health Care Provider level CPR and PALS and/or PEARS certification as required by facility or department.
Specialty certification preferred.
Compensation Range:
A - Min: $15.74-Max: $74.23
