What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assessor position at Masada?
A MAT Assessor is responsible for timely, comprehensive and strength-based clinical assessments of children and youth. A MAT Assessor works collaboratively with the MAT Team or referring program to determine what services are most needed by the child(ren), youth, and family.
The MAT Assessor will carry a small caseload of outpatient clients, and works designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.
Requirements
1. Valid California license as a LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD; or master's degree and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate MSW or MFT Intern.
2. Work experience in a comparable mental health setting.
3. Valid California Drivers License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
4. Current California drivers license, a good driving record and current vehicle insurance.
5. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Competitive Salary
$65,000-$90,000 per year
$3,000 Signing Bonus - Receive first half of the $3,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after 6 months of employment.
