Parent Partners are parents / caregivers who have first-hand experience with the various state systems, and who exhibited exceptional qualities in their own efforts to understand how systems work and an appreciation of what it takes to be successful, and the personal qualities that lend themselves to collaboration on various levels.
In order to be considered, the Parent Partner's cases must be closed, and he / she is maintaining family stability. The Parent Partner reports to the Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- No current open DCFS or Probation case for at least one (1) year
- Bilingual Spanish required
- COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption
- Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program
- Valid California Driver's License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position
Competitive Rate :
Tier 1 : $20.19- $25.96 per hour.
Tier 2 : $25.97- $28.85 per hour.
$1,000 signing bonus- Receive the first half of $1,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after completion of 6 months of employment.
