Florida - Gainesville
We have Exceptional Acute Care RN opportunity in Gainesville Florida. If you have an interest in working in the ER then this is the opportunity for you. Currently we are training med surg and critical care rns for the ER. There is a 10K sign on as well.
Specialties
· Med Surg – PCU – Float Pool – Tele
· Critical Care – ICU – ER
· OR – Pacu – Pre/Post Op
· Nicu – L&D – IR – and etc.
Compensation
- Competitive
Compensation ($28 - $41) DOE
- $10,000 Sign on for experienced over 1 year experience
- Sign On case-by-case basis
- Nights, Days (7-7) no call/rotating weekends.
- Shift Differential: Nights $4.50 per hr., Weekends
$1.50 per hr.,

Requirements
- Current
FL RN License or compact RN license
- 1
year in any of the hospital specialties
- Graduate
of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid
experience
- BLS
and/or any other certifications required for that specialty
Responsibilities
- Looking
for 1 year of experience in any of the hospital specialties
- Beds
depending on location and department
- Proper
patient ratios
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment,
and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced
environment.
- Ability to perform work that requires
frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting
of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds
