Masco Corporation is looking for a Talent/HR Analyst who has the ability to understand business needs, compile and analyze HR data, create impactful data visualizations and influence solutions. This position will be reporting into the Talent & Organizational Development (T&OD) team at Masco. Summary: Talent management and acquisition is a specialized field focused on building organizations through enhanced people-management processes, including recruitment, hiring, performance and career management, employee listening, and people development. As part of our Masco Talent Center of Excellence (COE) team, this role helps support: • People data management and insight reporting, including pulling, combining, reviewing, and adding insight to data/metrics/KPIs across various talent processes/cycles; • Project coordination including tracking project milestones, events, and flows; • Change management efforts including surfacing and helping pursue opportunities, innovations, and future workforce needs in the Talent space. Responsibilities: • Helping coordinate projects, external research, and supporting meetings and presentations. • Develop and execute data gathering and quality control protocols and analysis plans for ongoing projects. • Pulling, organizing, integrating, and quality controlling datasets which key Talent processes/reports are dependent upon (e.g., pull data from HRIS system for organization pulse survey, company public reporting). • Compiling and analyzing data, supporting development of deliverables, reports, and visualization/dashboard design. • Performing data analyses and preparing visualizations and reports of data results for internal Talent team and/or business partners with direction from COE • Collaborating with internal and external partners to provide implementation support for enterprise talent analytics and dashboard reporting. • Conducting best practice research on talent analytics and identify emerging trends to support continuous improvement. • Communicating insights and recommendations based on metrics and analyses and best practice research. • Supporting administration of various Talent COE projects (e.g., employee listening surveys). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, I/O psychology, Organizational Development, or related field. Experienced in working with various types of data (HRIS data, survey data, finance data, etc.), performing qualitative and quantitative data analysis, data visualization, and benchmarking. Prior experience in talent/people analytics. Strong organization and/or project coordination skills. Strong attention to detail, ability to scan, check, and correct detailed information. Strong internal communication within Talent COE and ability to keep information confidential. Ability to work in a complex and sometimes difficult environment. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree preferred (or in progress) Skilled in collaborating as part of a team and working independently, able to prioritize multiple stakeholders and tasks, and manage work time efficiently. Strong analytical skills with ability to understand data and extrapolate to tell a story. Strong communication skills and capability in creating impactful deliverables in a corporate environment. Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
