Job Description:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and skilled Hand Polisher to join our team. As a Hand Polisher, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing various surfaces by hand polishing to achieve a high-quality, smooth, and shiny finish on products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and proficiency in polishing techniques across different materials.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, sand, and smooth surfaces to prepare for polishing.
- Apply and remove polishing compounds, pastes, and waxes to achieve desired finishes.
- Operate and maintain hand polishing tools and equipment, including rotary buffers and orbital polishers.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any defects identified.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
