WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE
- All work is in-person at our office in Chandler.
- You will work with your team to maintain a schedule for approximately 25 technicians.
- Customers include both residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for scheduling of demand service, maintenance, and repairs. Communication with our customers is a big part of this role.
- You will have responsibility to ensure each technician is set up for success and has everything he needs to complete the work he is assigned.
- You will coordinate all the activities of the service department working with our purchasing agents, service writers, account managers, and other administrators.
- Monitoring technicians’ routes and health throughout the day is paramount. We need to ensure they know what is expected of them and periodically confirm they are doing well in the heat throughout the day.

- Able to create and maintain strong relationships with members of the team
- Keeps calm under pressure (it is a fast-paced environment)
- Ability to problem solve quickly with limited information
- Geographical knowledge of the Phoenix Metro Area
- Strong computer skills
- Great attendance and reliability
EXTRAS THAT WE LIKE TO SEE
- 2 Years of experience in the trades (especially HVAC)
- Service Titan Experience
- DialPad Experience
WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays. Hours may vary depending on department needs.
