- Managing accounts payable using Foundation software.
- Providing 20-Day Preliminary Notice to suppliers.
- Requesting and managing supplier lien releases.
- Handling accounts payable for vendors.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
- Timely responses to internal and external vendor inquires/issues.
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
- Minimum 1 year experience including Construction industry, preferably for a sub-contractor organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
