What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Registrar position at Mass Audubon?
Mass Audubon’s Metro South is recruiting a full-time, year-round Program Registrar. The Program Registrar is responsible for all aspects of the registration process for all programming at the four sanctuaries in Mass Audubon’s Metro South Region (Blue Hills Trailside Museum, Moose Hills Wildlife Sectary in Sharon, Museum of American Bird Art in Canton, and Stony Brook Wildlife Sanctuary in Norfolk). Responsibilities include setting up the programs in our registration system, communicating with customers over email and the phone, making programmatic sales calls, reporting data from the registration database, and working with the Education Manager and department managers to effectively use the data to inform program decisions and planning, and assisting with program logistics as needed. Ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in person communications, projecting a professional image of Mass Audubon.
