- 20 Bed Medical 20% Surgical
- Diverse Patient population
- Teaching Hospital
- No Neurosurgery/No Cardiac surgery
- 1-2 patient ratio
- Always a perm charge RN on shift
- 2 ICU Attendings
- Pharmacist
- Critical Care Clinical Leader to assist with education needs
- 12 hr shifts
- Detailed Orientation length of time is subject to skill level and experience, individual support
- Diverse Medical ICU

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurse with at least one plus years of Telemetry experience to move to the next step in your career and become a Critical Care RN. We have an extraordinary support system with preceptors to mentor and a solid night staff with a variety of

- Prefer 2 years of Acute Care Med/Surg, preferably on a telemetry floor.
- ACLS preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- BLS required.
- Position requires a Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
