Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will join a vibrant and inclusive educational community and have a desire and ability to work with a diverse population. This is a part-time, non-unit position with no benefits.
The Professional Mentor Network Manager will help navigate students to mentoring programs and opportunities based on students' skills, interests, and majors. The Project Manager must work well with diverse constituents including students, faculty, and staff as well as industry mentors. They will work with the Alumni Relations and Volunteer Coordinator building on existing employer relations and creating new ones, as well as provide MassBay students with the opportunity to learn from an experienced current or retired professional, adding value, expertise and advice for heading into the workforce. These individual mentoring relationships provide students of all majors and interests with valuable real-life tools. Some opportunities include employability skill building such as:

Staff
All MassBay Community College students, faculty, and staff are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. This is a grant funded position, and position is contingent on funding.
