Job Description:
The Staff Counselor supports students by providing individual, couples, and group counseling. This person supports the campus through crisis intervention, educational outreach programming, training, consultation, and other support services. The position is for the 2022-2023 academic year; beginning in August and ending in May, with the potential opportunity for an extension in employment. Counseling Services resides in the division of Student Affairs.
The Staff Counselor position has a dual reporting line, reporting to the Interim Clinical Director for clinical supervision and the Dean for Title IX, EO, and Student Wellness
for administrative supervision.

This is a one year, full-time, 9-month, benefit eligible counselor position in the APA bargaining unit. Salary range is $45,000 to $50,000, to commensurate to experience.
