The IT Business Applications Analyst is a member of the Business Applications Team, responsible for requirements gathering, facilitating, solution designing, documentation, and training for the Attorney General's Office (AGO) Enterprise Business Applications. This is an entry-level opportunity for an eager learner who has a can-do attitude and is looking to expand her/his IT skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: The IT Business Applications Analyst is responsible for the analysis, testing, and training of the AGO Matter Management Platform. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide end user training;
Gather and document business requirements via group sessions;
Maintain relevant and current knowledge within assigned technical fields;
Keep Product Owner and team updated on progress;
Work closely with the Product Owner to support her/his vision, goals, and priorities;
Other duties, as needed.
Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt
Salary: $55,000

Job Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
Enjoys leading group discussions;
Bachelor's degree or related experience;
0 - 3 years of Business Analysis experience;
Team player with an empathetic and growth mindset;
Ability to communicate with business analysts, as well as solution designers and developers;
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects;
Ability to work in an Agile environment, specifically using the Scrum framework;
Ability to self-manage while working transparently;
Strong communication skills.
Desired Technical Skills and Experience:
Reporting and Analytics;
Understanding of Agile/Scrum project management;
Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, Visio.
